By popular demand, the Screamin' Eagle will "appear" on the American Truth Warriors Show this coming Tuesday (13 MAY 08) for a special 2-hour event beginning at 1900 hours EST (7 PM for you civilians out there).

Much to our surprise, once he got to Kuwait, the return trip was light speed when considering we are talking about the US Army. His trip home last Christmas took nearly a week...this trip was 18 hours of flight. Simply amazing.

This show was to be scheduled for at least 30 days but he has returned 28 days early so, here we are. He wants to speak with you all and he has some plans that he needs help with. He has already started a charity program because the troops need things that they are NOT getting which they are in desperate need of. So far, it is Top Secret...you know how those Eagles are. Ask CP.

Back at ya, Skippy! He sure does like to step into what ever pile of defecation there is lying about as he twaddles and waddles around like the lost puppy which he is. If he would just not bring up the issue about his extreme lack of Patriotism it would more than likely go away. We all know he is no more Patriotic to the United States of America than Hugo Chavez is. N'est pas?

Little Green Footballs has two posts on this "issue", one from the "original incident" and the other from today. As LGF states, read those two posts and then determine on your own who is the lair. I already know the answer seeing that I, too, followed the event in question and all the others in regards to Patriotism. The issue is the American Flag lapel pin incident...again.

A while back, I ran across this little ditty and saved it for a special occasion. Consider this that occasion: From go2self:

The picture to the "left" - pun intended - is not indicative of an American Patriot unless that particular "patriot" is "patriotic" to something or someone else. I am not pleased to say that the ONLY individual on this stage that is displaying the proper reverence to our National Symbol, the American Flag, is the woman in the pant suit. The right hand is in the proper place. The left hand is in the proper place. The feet are almost in the right place but close enough for me. The other woman is close. Gov Richardson is half-way there. However, the would be President, Barack Hussein Obama is not even remotely or even considering or even considered to being close. His stance is 100% disrespectful to the American People and all those that have bled and died to make this nation great. If no one can see this, I have pity for you and wish ugly things.

The proper manner in which to properly respect the American Flag, especially in this environment depicted, can be found at Miss Beth's. Clearly, Obama speaks with forked tongue.

Barack Obama and His Version of Patriotism is clearly not that of our forebears and surely, they are shaking their heads in disgust, as I do on a regular basis every time the socialist Barack and his mutant wife open their mouths and utter inanities, platitudes and irrelevant jibber jabber. Barack...you are no Patriot to this country. You are the worst sort of unAmerican. You claim to be a Patriot yet you, as a would-be national and world leader, wouldn't know what Patriotism means. Here's to Barack:

With The Vagaries of Platitudinal Delinquents comes a cost that Barack has yet to pay and pay he will indeed. How can one claim to not be proud of their Nation and claim to be "patriotic"? How is that done, again?

Again, to the left is what Barack Hussein Obama refused to denounce and/or reprimand his campaign HQ in Houston, TX for. Displaying a picture of a murderer and a communist component is not indicative of Patriotism towards the United States. Period. No matter the spin, period.

Is it? I think not.

Sure! Support Obama for President in the hopes that he can revive Che. That's the ticket! Obama and Che Guacamole. Isn't that wonderful? No true American Patriot adheres to the rhetoric and anti-Americanist rants found at the Workers' Party but Barack does. All one has to do is to listen to what he says and what he doesn't say - the latter being the warning zone.

Patriotism is indeed something that Barack lacks and he is certainly unfit for command. Patriots are not Ugly Americans. We Had A Patriotic Nation Once and if at all possible, we shall have one again. The stupidity of the military is at war and the American People are at the mall is unacceptable.

The Leftinistra hate this country or, they at least hate a form of government built upon a Federal Republic. And, therein, lies a deep rooted problem. If this ignoramus wants to live where the government is a "big co-operative", I suggest the fool pick up stakes and go elsewhere.

However, the key to this pathetic post written by Ian Welsh is this: it thinks we are a "democracy". We are not. The "progressives" would "Rather" we be a democracy but we were founded upon a Federal Republic, plain and simple. In the beginning, the government on the Federal level was not to be Big Brother and to take care of our every need. Quite the contrary.

The Framers were intent on individuality with the State Governments doing the basic "taking care of their citizens". Period. The Framers never intended for the Federal Government to be taking care of all our needs. Period. Perhaps this child should read and study the List of 45? Yes. I do believe the List of 45 is the key to understanding fools like Ian and their pathetic rants of socialist squirrels.

I have a dream where the List of 45 is taught in our schools and in our homes and most importantly, within the Local, State and Federal Governments to remind them of what almost transpired in this country as we slept. The list was presented to Congress in 1968 and how soon have we forgotten the threats from within.

I have a dream that the Silent Majority will turn off their televisions and get involved in the future of their nation before all is lost. I have a dream where True American Patriots rise up and say, "I am mad as hell and I'm not going to take this anymore!" I have a dream where the American Microwave Mentality is no more. I have dream where the average American Memory Span and Attention Span is longer than a week...perhaps even develop an ability and a desire for long-term memory and attention spans. Is this asking for too much? Perhaps but a man can dream.

Why?

What service are they providing? I don't remember ordering 300,000 dead Iraqis - although I was doing a lot of heavy narcotics back in '03. Our soldiers are not providing a service to the country, they're providing a service to a criminal administration and their oil company cronies. When a mafia don orders a hit, is the assassin absolved of personal responsibility when it's carried out? Of course not. What if the hit man was fooled into service? We'd all say, "Tough ****, you dumb Guido," then lock him up and throw away the key.

As a society, we need to discard our blind deference to military service. There's nothing admirable about volunteering to murder people. There's nothing admirable about being rooked by obvious propaganda. There's nothing admirable about doing what you're told if what you're told to do is terrible.

This idiot is an idiot's idiot. Evidently, this foolish imp moron troll jerk wad hasn't been paying attention and is deserving of a severe thrashing, if it were legal. Oh how I wish it were. Yesterday on 08 APR 08, a group of men and women - Patriots - both currently serving in the United States Armed Services and those of service past, gathered in a Ballroom at the Sheraton Hotel in Arlington, VA. The Gathering began - per orders - at 0500 hours and, all be known and told, Uncle Jimbo from Blackfive was there, having the evening before swore to be present and accounted for "later on that morning".

The intensity of the concentration to the mission at hand was truly a marvel to behold. Mission parameters were established and anti-flanking controls were set into place. As only Warriors could possibly understand, sloganeering was bantered about and there was in evidence, inter-service rivalries - SOP. Yet, in the midst of it all, the camaraderie was exquisitely prevalent and Mission Jitters were dealt with accordingly. The apprehensions came and went as they always do with the Old Salts - The Leatherskinned - soothed the atmosphere of Giterdun.

This all took place within the first 30 minutes or so - coffee was to be had - then, the Speakers arrived and messed it all up - damn Officers. NOTE: to the folks in Arlington and the surrounding areas that organize such events as this...a few Danish and some mystery buns, accompanied by neatly aligned plates of butterballs - aligned as if laid out in the fashion of bowling pins - does not constitute a definition of "breakfast". (I had to get the only grievance out of the way - again, SOP.)

Pete Hegseth and Company laid out the Ground Rules and the MO of assaulting The Hill and the plethora of foolish debutantes that occupy the Peoples' Congress. As an Armed Service Member once wrote home - I AM THE DAMN WAR - so was our Battle Cry this day. This day was about us; us meaning all those still serving and those that have served.

The Mantra of the day and shall always be - LET US WIN!

The tide has turned and we are winning, that much is obvious...even to the foolish little debutantes on The Hill. Why else would "they" not see their constituents? We'll get to that later.

I met many men on this day and spent quality time with several. We all began arriving on Monday the 7th and after experiencing the oddest mannerisms by the Hotel Staff assigning rooms - and airliners actually delivering baggage - we all migrated to various locales within the Hotel and began The Plotting and, invariably, there was the bar. Many Mission Statements come from such "maintenance meetings" - Vets For Freedom being one of them; ask Sen Lindsey Graham - and after watching the 4-Month Wonder Motor Pool Fraud Jonny Soltz and Chris Matthews of Spit Ball get a royal thrashing by Pete Hegseth, the Final Outcome of this Gathering was set in stone. Anything shy of total Victory is defeat.

The Morning Debrief was accomplished, apprehensions were set aside and many a man donned the Mission Face - as a Warrior only knows. We boarded the buses and headed to The Hill. As I sat in that cushy seat, I drifted back to days gone by of many insertions, less the cushy seat - will this be the one? - the one what? - will I be at my best? - my best what? - will I be able to perform as my country expects to and will my comrades accept my actions? - many a man talked amongst themselves as we made our way to Indian Country; that is what The Hill is, by the way.

We arrived at Union Station and egressed transportation, making our Way to Senate Park to take part in the Press Conference. It was cold and drizzly - again, SOP. Figures. The Press Corps was setting up their final machinations and had their plastic eco-harming bags protecting their cameras and we all wondered at what point they would vanish. It didn't take long.

Pete Hegseth said a few things and introduced each Speaker in an order that someone developed and one by one, each added to the crescendos of nearly 500 OORAHs and HOOAHs...for 30 minutes...too much for pansy reporters because after the first few microseconds of Senator John McCain speaking, they, the Press Corps, vanished back into their spider holes. Amazing but, again, SOP.

The Arizona Vets For Freedom stood on the stage with their Senator and soon to be President Elect, John McCain. Get used to it. It is already a done deal. The Nation has yet won another hard-fought Victory on The Hill today. As the After Action Reports came streaming in, it was revealed that exactly 2.5 anti-Americanists stood in our way, only to be brushed aside as the slag which they are. I say 2.5 anti-Americanists for the following reasons: one was a bright blue-eyed and glossed over in the eyes lost soul wearing a sign for the pinkies and when looking into the eyes of this pathetic member of the universe, there was no one at home; another was a sad one on a mission to locate Admiral Fallon at Union Station because "they have him locked up at Guantanimo Bay"...why this one was looking for him at Union Station still has the Intel Guys wondering; the last .5 anti-Americanist is classified as ".5" because she just might not be one but the question asked "are you guys protesting?" was asked in a hopeful way...perhaps not.

During the testimonies of General Petraeus and Ambassador Crocker, we watched as another anti-Americanist was hauled off and dealt with accordingly. I still feel - personally and not speaking for the other members of A Newt One - the Sergeant of Arms failed to rid the Senate of the remaining anti-Americanists, Hillary RODHAM Clinton and Barack HUSSEIN Obama. But, that is another and separate post soon forthcoming.

During the course of the day, I was privileged and honored to accompany, by invitation, LTC William Russell which is running against John "Jerk-Off" Murtha, 3 Haditha Marines, several other veterans and a veteran's wife, to visit one John "Jack-Leg" Murtha. I have ZERO respect for this.......man.......for the lack of a better term, of the very much dishonorable Representative Murtha (D-PA). You all know the story and what has come of this self-induced for political gain quagmire wrought upon his nation by this dishonorable thug. Alas, I digress.

Rep Murtha not only would NOT see us or his constituents or his challenger but, he had his people - primarily Broom Hilda - lie to us several times as for the reasons to NOT see at least his constituents. Yet, his little tinker-toy Aides kept coming out of the closed door to see what was happeing and returning to the spider hole with the closed door. Also, while there, in front of us all, soon to be Representative Elect LTC William Russell - hopefully - issued a challenge for a debate in Pennsylvania to Rep Murtha. We shall see what comes of this. Murtha has no honor and is indeed a coward. He will NOT face the men he besmirched and we will NOT forget nor shall we allow him to sweep this shameful act under his Pork Spending blankets.

One other story of a cut and run type is Barack HUSSEIN Obama. "Someone" went to see him and Barack closed his door in this man's face, as it were. No visits and the door clanged shut...literally. Shameful.

Towards the end of the day, Cyber Pastor and myself had lunch with LTC William Russell after his 60 second bit with Fox News and we were pleased that the encounter with "murtha" was publicized. I wish I lived in PA...well, not really but I sure would vote for LTC Russell if I did.

This observation was made by many but I heard it first from Cyber Pastor and it echoed on during the day...those that would not see "us" have lost and they cannot face the music. They know they were and are wrong still. We know that they were and are wrong still. And, they know that we know all about them and they cannot - will not - face "us". They cannot admit to errors in judgment. They cannot escape their willful suspension of disbelief because they see their tenure in Congress ebbing and slipping into the Great Abyss of Obscurity.

Cyber Pastor and I had back to back BTR shows on Monday evening and among the guests were Uncle Jimbo of Blackfive...awesome show that. Tuesday morning, Robert hosted a show for the live broadcast of the Press Conference. Last night, Cyber Pastor had his show but I did not because BTR had yet another melt-down. We've been threatened like this before. Rest assured that I will not back down while I still have the means to resist. We have done nothing wrong, violated no regulations, and spoke the truth at all times. Whoever is making this complaint will probably end up looking bad in the end. I guess we'll know Monday or Tuesday what is going on. Since I got this late in the afternoon on Friday, I doubt they're doing anything over the weekend. No one in my chain of command has ordered me to stop blogging and until they do, I won't stop. I haven't violated the new Army Regulation 530-1 and neither has any other blogger on this site. I guess no one was listening when General Caldwell was trying to convince the Army about the value of milbloggers. Don't go writing your Congressman yet. Let's see how this plays out and I promise that if things get ugly, I'll be leading the charge to the halls of Congress. However, feel free to link to this post to raise awareness.

Ucs News reports that Osama bin bin Laden is blocking access to millions of blogs on the grounds that they aren't legitimate sources of news and information. Bin Laden is also clamping down on the numerous blogs posted be current and former Al-Qaeda members.

Ayman al-Zawahiri reports on the Official Al-Qaeda web site that the military intelligence wing of the terrorist organization is blocking "just about any site with the word 'blog' in its web address." and shooting Al-Qaeda personnel that have their own blogs.

The issue of Al-Qaeda blogs has troubled bin laden and his organization for some time. With most Al-Qaeda members is faraway deployments facing stressful working conditions it's no surprise that many have turned to blog posting to stay in touch with friends and family.

Al-Qaeda in Iraq, decimated by suicide attacks and the loss of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, suffered many security leaks due to My spaces pages. According to a search of My Space in 2005 over 125 Al-Qaeda in Iraq members maintained My Space pages and regularly blogged about ongoing operations.

The Charges I got the MFR (memorandum for record) on the reasons for why I have been told to stop blogging. Before I get started, let me state that I am no longer blogging. Instead, ASP is now an online eZine and write articles in a journalistic capacity. Read more...or Read more right here...The "complaints" registered against me as potentially violating military regulations as well "good order and discipline within the Army" are as follows "in no particular order of merit":

* failure of an active duty Soldier to register any and all online communications with his commanding officer and forwarded to this office for tracking.

* wearing the uniform of a United States Army Soldier at unofficial military functions giving the appearance of acceptance and support by such (did a lawyer write this?).

* speaking on behalf of the United States Army while conducting telephonic, radio, and online interviews with various traditional and nontraditional media outlets without proper authorization or credentials.

* disrespect to military officers, military civilians, and duly elected members of the Congress of the United States.

* interfering in ongoing joint investigations into international fraud by the Departments of State and Justice.

* publicly threatening civilians and citizens of friendly nations with whom the United States is an ally as a member of the United States Army.

There were a few others, but these were the meat and bones accusations. Naturally, this is a very skewed view of the realities of what we do here at ASP. Either someone is looking to pin on a second star or we have some really big morons in places of power. Oh, wait, this isn't a blog - it's a journalistic endeavor. Let me do this correctly...

Mr. Grisham minimized the impact of threats against him by saying that "someone is looking to pin on a second star or we have some really big morons in places of power."

"I'm just waiting to see where this is going," Grisham added. "I'm 100% positive that I will come out of this on top and a lot of people in high places will owe me coins of achievement for having proven them wrong. That is the only apology from the Pentagon I will accept. And they need to be in those nice plastic cases, too!"

Don't Panic

I want to thank everyone for their support as we negotiate our issues with Big Brother. However, I want to ask that people be level headed for now. We're still in the preliminary stages trying to figure out what's going on. I'm communicating personally with the office and trying to get them to be specific about what rules I've specifically violated on which specific posts.

I would also ask that no one cast stones yet. I don't believe that a particular group is responsible for this. I'm quite certain that people like CF and others are innocent and I ask that you please don't blame them (unless we find out otherwise). Liberals are people too. They just have their head screwed on wrong when it comes to military and national defense issues. ;o)

I will tell you that the conversations are heated and I won't back down until I'm even partially convinced I've done something wrong. There are a couple of sayings we have in the military: "Pick your battles" and "Do what your rank can handle". I've never been good at that first one. To me, there are no degrees of wrong - there is just wrong. But, I know what my rank can handle and I won't do anything to jeopardize that. Thanks again for the support. I'm hanging in there.

My Two Cents

Well, you've all heard what is going on from CJ. I got a letter very similar to the one he received, and I've followed the instructions in it..so far. I haven't contacted CJ directly so I'm following the demands made upon me...kinda.

I'm not real sure what drew the attention to CJ and I. I've been kinda quiet for a few months for some personal reasons so I know I didn't do anything to get the guy looking to pin on the 3rd star mad. Unless he is mad I haven't been writing. I really don't know.

Since I can't talk to CJ directly, I need someone to tell him to keep his head up. I'm not sweating this whole thing so neither should he. I'm sure we'll pull through this just fine. I do pay attention to the posts and I haven't seen him post anything that he shouldn't have. Well, except for the LOLcats that aren't even close to the funniest ones out there. Not posting the funniest is a crime in and of itself, by the way.

Back to the topic. Yes, I am okay. No, I haven't been busted down. And yes, we will find out the real reason we are being targeted.

All we need now is the rest of the story...
